Job Description:
- PeopleSoft 9.2 with Fluid experience - Techno functional role
- Manager is willing to be flexible with the hourly bill rate if the candidate is skilled with PeopleSoft 9.2 with Fluid experience - Techno functional role.
- People soft Payroll Functional Consultant
- 8+ PeopleSoft Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of Functional Experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management (including HRMS security) – All are mandatory
- PeopleSoft Upgrade Experience.
- Solid understanding of NA payroll tables, NA payroll cycle, processes and reporting
- Ability to understand customer requirements, possess clarity of thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to Functional requirements and design
- Functional understanding including process flows, configurations & setup of the modules handled
- Strong skills to understand existing implementation/setups in a short time work on functional aspects of incidents & propose accurate solutions.
- 70% Functional & 30% Technical will be given preference.
