- Minimum 5 yeas of experience administering SAS - Senior Level 
- Strong understanding of Unix platform. 
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAS Database connection issues. 
- Experience with working off of a ticketing System (preferably Service Now). 
- Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises. 


Overall Job Description: 
4. Tools 
Following are examples of activities the IBM Supplemental Staff can perform: 
Provide application level support for COTS packages such as SAS, MSD, RSA, TAM, Remedy, Microstrategy, eTrust, Oracle Federated Identity Services, Bluecoat, BladeLogic and others. This will include but not limited to support for the following broad categories: 
o Business Intelligence, Analytical and Reporting Tools 
o Infrastructure Event and Performance Monitoring Tools 
o Business Process Monitoring Tools 
o ITIL and ITAM Tools 
o Systems Management, Scheduling and Automation Tools 
Such support will include Level II support defined as support taking up to 30-60 minutes and uses a knowledgebase to resolve the issue and most Level III resolutions which can take greater than 60 minutes to resolve and can be performed independently, but excludes the engineering level of support. Level III support would include working with vendors/manufacturers to complete some resolutions, as appropriate. 
Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management (IP&C) processes, work instructions, procedures and reference guides for the tools in scope. 
Install and support of the tools infrastructure in accordance to vendor documentation and Freddie Mac provided SOPs. 
Manage the Tools including configuration changes and modifying tool documentation. 
Recommend tool upgrades and configuration modification as required. 
Implement corrective actions approved through Change Management Process 
Perform System ID management activities 
Perform Patching activities 
Manage System IDs 
Remediate findings from security health checks 
Deploy software components as required by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
Adhere to standard security processes and procedures 
Create and maintain disaster recovery scripts related to the tool infrastructure 
Populate tools with data elements to support service delivery, reporting and ticket routing
