Position: Business Analyst

Location: Dallas,TX

Business Analyst – Any documentation needed by the BI Governance, including but not limited to Business Requirements for project, Power Point presentations, Meeting Notes and Deliverables, Business and Data Flow diagrams and Business Glossary definitions.

Skills Needed (software packages, typing speed, Dictaphone, 10 key, phones, filing, etc.)                      Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 5+ years of Data Analyst experience, including data analysis and documentation of data lineage
• 3+ years of SQL experience

·         Excellent written and verbal communications including Power Point and Business Flow diagrams

·         Works well with teams

·         Business process improvement

Preferred:

·         2+ years of MDM experience, including Master Person Index processing and Data Lineage

·         2+ years of Data Governance experience, working knowledge of best practices

·         Experience in documenting data flow diagrams

·         Working knowledge of all aspects of Data Movement and Processing

·         Self-Motivated

• Capable of presenting to all levels of audiences, from developers to Executive level
