Position:- Ruby on Rails Development Lead
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Role& Skills:

Requirements:

•             Experience designing, implementing, and deploying architectures at scale in a production environment as a technical lead

•             Experience performing code reviews, enforcing coding standards, mentoring junior developers, and managing technical resources using agile methodologies

•             Well versed in gems/plugins, Ruby on Rails (and web applications in general), REST API interactions, and data modeling

•             Strong OOP background (SOLID / DRY)

•             Have designed and built well architected systems that allow for rapid feature development and delivery to production

•             Write clean, maintainable and efficient code

•             Experience with MiniTest/RSpec, TDD and CI environments

•             Comfortable in a linux environment and infrastructure related concepts

•             Experience working with git

•             Experience working with Product Management organizations and other parties to understand and clarify requirements.

Preferred Skills:

•             OWASP / security as it relates to web applications

•             Experience with Javascript (jQuery), CSS/SCSS (Bootstrap), front-end development

•             Experience in SQL schema design and performance optimization using an ORM (ActiveRecord)

Experience with multi-tenant, distributed systems
