Title:     GRC Consultant

Duration: 3 months

Location: Plymouth, MI

•             Leads the execution and management of the strategy around Audit and Compliance tools (Virsa, GRC, etc)

•             The SAP Sr. GRC Analyst will help Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP GRC solutions pertaining to segregation of duties management, user provisioning, Super User access, access controls, and process controls.

•             Lead SOD Rule Set maintenance with SOD free roles.

•             Support ITGC Audit and external audit to validate and implement recommendations when required.

•             Ownership of user access and security ITGC controls testing both monthly and quarterly and their automation in GRC.

•             Quarterly education on controls.

•             Key Metrics tracked and reported out.

•             Assists with the development of IT compliance policies, procedures, and standards, in alignment with business objectives and corporate policies. Communicates and enforces compliance with said policies and standards across all levels of the Enterprise SAP CoE.

•             Supports the execution of IT compliance and audit program initiatives. Partners with Information Technology, internal/external auditors, Legal, HR, and business community to ensure efficiency and consistency in communications, presentation materials, processes and procedures.

•             Monthly run of user reconciliation of the SAP systems from the Flexera Beacon. Verify the reconciliation completed for all systems.

•             Complete the packages push for the month from the SAP Admin module.

•             Perform a simulation using the active ruleset and compare to the previous months for fluctuations. Download the detailed results into excel and perform the monthly analysis.

•             Perform an official license position on a quarterly basis and push the license types back to each SAP system.

•             As needed work with technical team to add any new SAP systems to the Flexera landscape (involves installing transports and creating RFC users and destinations)

•             Performs related duties as is necessary.
