- Minimun 8+ years of experience with Oracle HRMS modules (HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service, Oracle Learn, Taleo Learn)
- 2+ years' experience with Oracle HRMS Release 12
- Required expertise in PL/SQL, HRMS API's, Oracle Reports Fast Formula,
- Preferred expertise in Oracle Discoverer, OAF, Java, ADF, Workflow, AME, Taleo Recruit Oracle Learn (cloud)
- Preferable experience configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit modules.
- Experience developing Discoverer Reports using Discoverer Plus and Discoverer Administration.
