Position: Meraki Cloud Administrator
Location: Dunwoody GA

Global industry leader known as a Top Employer in the Atlanta area seeks a Meraki Cloud Administrator. This person will be responsible for providing management and operational support for the Cisco Meraki platform. The scope of responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, day-to-day operations – both from a process and system perspective; escalation of individual cases; holding integrators accountable for responsiveness for service issues; looking for process improvements; keeping abreast of changes in the industry; reviewing current contracts and participating in contract reviews and negotiations; and building and maintaining excellent relationship with Cisco. 

Required:

• 3+ years related experience in networking specifically Cisco Meraki solution implementation experience 
• Knowledge and understanding of vendor relationship management processes and procedures. 
• Strong relationship building skills – with vendors, the field, and internal partners. 
• In-depth knowledge of WIFI systems architecture and installation best practices 
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working with Cisco Meraki MX devices, Cisco Access Points, Fine tuning data throughput, VPN architecture to Cisco Meraki Cloud etc 
• Experience working with Cisco Meraki – Advanced Security features such as UTM, URL filtering etc.
• Network and communications systems trouble shooting experience  

Preferred:

- CCNA, CCNP, CCNP-Security or CCIE Security preferred 
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as key point of contact for Cisco that provide services for the Marketplace. 
• Primary responsibility will be to provide engineering oversight and support to Cisco Meraki installation teams. 
• Assist in the design and implementation of the Meraki WIFI solution 
• Be the technical SME for wifi solution implementation partners – escalation point for Meraki engineering questions
• Review and negotiate contract specifics and pricing of services as needed, in close cooperation with Procurement. Not solely responsible for contract negotiations, but a key participant in providing information to leadership to make an informed decision and working closely with procurement to secure the contract.
