| Job Description : | The worker will be responsible for assisting HHS with functional requirements, design, and testing of conversions, interfaces, and AWE workflow. There will be a coordinated effort with the contract data elements for conversion and interfaces with a separate project to implement a new Contract Management system that is non-PeopleSoft. The worker should have a history of strong PeopleSoft Systems Analysts skills and how to approach and work through conversion and interface design from a functional viewpoint. Minimum Requirements: | Years | Skills/Experience | | 8 | Proven project team building skills | | 8 | Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs) | | 8 | Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point) | | 6 | Experience participating in large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials implementation projects | | 6 | Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test | | 6 | Experience gathering requirements for conversion and interfaces. | | 4 | Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development | | 4 | Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases. | | 4 | Experience implementing PeopleSoft Purchasing version 9.0 or higher, including gathering business requirements, conducting and documenting fit/gap sessions, and system configuration. | | 4 | Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation. | | 2 | Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher. | | 2 | Experience with configuration development, documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2 | | 2 | Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft environment 8.8 to 9.2 | | 2 | Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and People Tools 8.53 | | Strong | Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization. | | Strong | Experience with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management | | Strong | Experience in managing and coordinating functional module leads through a PeopleSoft Implementation or Upgrade | Preferences: | Years | Skills/Experience | | 8 | Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms and operating systems. | | 8 | Experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases within PeopleSoft versions 8.X through 9.2 Modules for PO, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Contract Management. | | 4 | Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government). | | 4 | Experience with PeopleSoft User Productivity Kit (UPK) | | 1 | Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management | | Strong | Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure | | Strong | Experience working through development of Interfaces with Technical Team through design, build and test | | Strong | Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project. | | Strong | Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate effectively on diverse teams | |
