Role: BA with Oracle DB Experience

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 12+ Months

Interview: Phone/Skype

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 6 years plus of experience working on Distributed technology/Web based environments using Oracle DB application knowledge
Preferred
• Oracle DB knowledge is mandatory (application side knowledge)
• Knowledge of integration with databases like MySQL, Oracle, DB2.
• Strong Analytical skills
• At least 6 years of experience in software development life cycle. Prior work experience in Agile methodology desirable.
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements and technical designs.
• Ability to handle overall change management processes and implementation activities and post implementation support.
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Experience working with offshore/onshore resources
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Domain knowledge of Brokerage/Banking/Financial Services
• Experience in web programming using HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS in application development, maintenance and testing.
• Additional knowledge of languages like Perl Scripting , JQuery, ASP, AJAX , FLASH etc. would be an added advantage
• Demonstrated usage of Web 2.0 tools for development and testing
• Contribute in requirements elicitation, creation of application architecture document and creation of design artifacts; deliver high quality codes, support activities related to implementation and transition; interface with internal team and key stakeholders; analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
• Ability to be hands on in technology/programming environment as and when need arises, perform design and code reviews, conduct independent testing and handle overall change management processes and implementation activities and post implementation support.
• Help Project Manager in Estimation and Scheduling the project, Support client interfacing activities and help create the relevant reports in a timely manner.
