Technical/Functional Skills         :              

1)            1 - Documentation - ability to create clear and concise documentation (Status reporting, Business case development - consolidate data, process, financial to create a clear case)

2)            2 - Analysis - use a variety of techniques to analyze a problem (use cases, process models, decision models)

3)            3 - Financial - understanding of finance terminology and balance sheets, ability to produce solid business cases

4)            4 - Facilitation - ability to facilitate meetings, interviews with stakeholders, requirements gathering

5)            5 - BA Tools - MS Office products and some Visio

Experience Required                      10 Yrs

Roles & Responsibilities                :               1 -Organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented individual to work with project team and stakeholders to achieve project deliverables based on requirements.

2 - Understand and participate in research and analysis  and benchmarking, provide consulting to project team, provide input into decisions which reflect the project's goal, identify and recommend opportunities or processes for data quality improvement through operational or process improvements

3 - Status reporting for various levels of the organization using MS Office product including consolidation of various findings and reporting out on those findings

4 - Ability to work with various levels of the organization to achieve deliverables. Excellent customer service with high level of productivity

5 - Directs the development of comprehensive and strategic business cases with cost/benefit dimensions of proposed projects that are used at management and executive levels for funding and scope decisions.

2 -Self Managing - Ability to take initiative, pursue data concerns using available resources, reach out to stakeholders as appropriate to get the job done

Education            :               Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree
