Position Summary: 
Our Product Development team is adding a Business Intelligence Developer with Logi Analytics and SQL experience. You will build dashboards, reports, and manage the Qualitrac data warehouse to enable our internal & client users to obtain actionable information in the domains of clinical healthcare operations. This position will require a strong background in SQL development, experience developing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers/views/functions, as well as data extraction.

Essential Functions:

Ability to work with users to gather requirements and specifications

Design Business Intelligence solutions which incorporate dashboards and reporting.Provide guidance on dashboard design and layout as it pertains to business flow, performance, functionality, and aesthetics.

Create and manage: 
            ETL systems for data warehouses and data marts which integrate multiple client domains.
            Analytical (OLAP) cubes, complex SQL stored procedures and other database objects.
            Interactive dashboards for embedding into Internal and Client-Facing applications.
            Enterprise reports. 

Embrace agile SDLC philosophy for all BI projects.

Combine high user-touch across phases of: requirements, design, development, developer test, UAT, configuration management, deployment.

Collaborate with application developers, scrum masters and management regarding embedding of BI into applications across the enterprise.

Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to fulfill ad hoc requests by writing SQL scripts and creating analyses.Collaborate with operations and management for BI server planning and maintenance.

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience

3+ years experience as a BI professional, preferably with Healthcare experience

Excellent relational database experience and understanding of data modeling

Understand of data visualization techniques and best practices

Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently in a self-directed manner and collaboratively as a team member

Proven ability to learn new technologies

Skills:

Logi Analytics
SQL Server Enterprise 2008 or newer and/or MySQL
Profiling and Tuning
Other reporting experience desired (Crystal Reports, iReport/Jasper Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services)
Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot tables, Charts, VBA Automation
JavaScript, CSS, HTML experience desired but not required
Proficiency in Visio, Word and Powerpoint desired
