Job Title
Senior Data Warehouse Analyst
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
6+ years of experience in Data warehousing, BI technologies, OLAP
reporting and Pl/sql.
Necessary Skills
· Good Knowledge of Data warehousing concepts.
· Comprehensive knowledge of relational modeling.
· Comprehensive knowledge in Informatica.
· Extensive knowledge in pl/sql.
· Knowledge in OLAP reporting tool (preferably – SAP Business Objects)
· Strong interpersonal as well as written and spoken
communication skills are essential.
· Good knowledge in Oracle performance tuning.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving
ability are essential.
· Should be capable of proposing new architecture and enhancements.
· System Analysis, System Design and Development of Batch load
processes using Informatica.
Desired Skills
· Aware of Tableau and other Dashboard tools, knowledge in Big
Data architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Working with senior level clients for new proposal and
providing estimates.
· Tracking all the enhancement and projects in data warehouse
and providing statue to clients.
· Monitoring the overall support and demand work and provide suggestions.
· Create architecture documents and functional designs
· Trouble shooting of issues with vendors and DBA team.
· Work with offshore counterpart for knowledge transition and
delegation of tasks
Generic Managerial Skills
· Able to plan/track tasks/activities
· Able to manage team
· Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
Education
· Bachelor's degree in business, education, a technical
discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
