We are looking for the .NET Consultant to work on-site for six months, knowing that the contract could be extended.  Consultant is responsible in performing technical design and development of complex application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms.

•Able to develop "Proof of Concepts"  (the candidate will go through a white board exercise)

•Should be familiar with good architectural and design practices.

•Should be able to work independently or as part of team

•Defines time tables and project tasks; analyzes and estimates, cost and time. Leads change impact analysis.

•Responsible for creating and review of unit and system test plans. Also responsible for identifying opportunities to improve testing process.

•Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintain, and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.

•Works with technical staff and internal clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems related to system functions, environment, programming, and procedures. Identifies and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.

•Participates with Business Analysts in application documentation

•Develop technical and functional specifications for projects.

•Assist in determining time and cost estimates for assigned projects.

EXPERIENCE SETS:

Extensive experience in the following technologies:

•C#, ASP.Net MVC (experience in this is key)

•WCF, WF, REST, AJAX

•Javascript,  JQuery , Angular JS (even though this is a back end role, the knowledge on this front end technology is big).

•MS SQL Server and any other popular database  (the SQL experience is also big).

•T-SQL, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ

•SSIS experience is a plus

•Ability to communicate in technical standards (UML)

•Must be ready to learn new technologies and accept technical challenges

•Experience in data modeling for transactional systems and warehouses

•Experience in any flavor of Agile software development

•Knowledge of popular integration patterns

•Knowledge of architecture documentation tools
