I am the Senior Executive Recruiter at Sonoma Consulting and I am currently working to fill a role for a  QA Analyst that will be based on site in  Irvine, CA

Job Title   : QA Analyst

Location   : Irvine, CA

Duration   :  6+ Months

Mode of Interview: Phone and Face 2 Face

Responsibilities:

2 or 4 year Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

•        3+ years' experience in software quality assurance and test engineering

•        2+ years using test automation tools for functional and load testing

•        Experience in testing web applications, including SaaS framework, web services, and data integration

•        Experience in testing Mortgage, Finance, or Banking systems and applications

•        Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills

•        Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time

•        Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

•        Experience working with geo-located teams (i.e. offshore)

•        Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and debugging skills

•        Exceptional organizational and time management skills

•        A strong professional work ethic and a positive energetic attitude

•        Proficient with MS Office

•        Working knowledge of HP Quality Center (QC) and Quick Test Pro (QTP) functional test automation tools

•        Capable of doing database queries and data validation in SQL Server.

•        Understand MS Visio business logic diagrams (i.e. flow charts, swim lanes, etc.)

•        Experience with automated load testing tools (i.e. Load Runner)

•        Knowledge of MKS Integrity

•        Knowledge of SharePoint

•        Working knowledge of MS Excel features (i.e. pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
