Job Title : QA/UAT Tester

Duration : 6+ Months
Primary Skills: UAT Testing, Any exp with Healthcare/Facets is first preference, Knowledge or exp of few of the tools: QTP/UFT/ALM/JIRA/TFS/Bugzilla

Must have Strong experience with: UAT Testing, Any exp with Healthcare/Facets is first preference, Knowledge or exp of few of the tools: QTP/UFT/ALM/JIRA/TFS/Bugzilla IT Quality Assurance Specialist – UAT BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for ensuring the software products created meet the requirements defined by the business and execute to exceptional quality.
Duties include building test cases, executing test cases and reporting the status of the software being developed; executing manual QA test cases, automating common test cases and building/executing load tests; working with business analysts and developers to understand the function and non-functional requirements of the software applications and develop test strategies to ensure the built systems meet these requirements; defining and managing test data; working with development team to assist in their understanding of reported defects and aid in troubleshooting defect; working with end users during UAT, confirming issues and reporting in QA tracking tool; defining application load profiles; building/augmenting performance load test cases; executing performance tests; building automated test cases; performing software builds utilizing automated build tools; and may lead a sprint team working in collaboration with Java developers, UX designers, business analysts and Pega developers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor degree in business, information systems OR 4 years quality assurance experience
* 5 years quality assurance, system development or testing experience
* Knowledge of system testing methodologies and best practices
* Ad hoc experience with SQL tools
* Knowledge of QA tracking tools (QTP, UFT, ALM, JIRA, TFS, Bugzilla)
* Experience with large scale enterprise development efforts
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience within the healthcare industry preferred
* Experience testing Trizetto Facets applications
