Could be multiple roles. To lead a team of 5-7 functional analysts in their respective areas. General responsibilities and quals are below.
8+ years of increasing responsibility in SAP implementations, with a minimum of 3 years as an analyst. Demonstrated experienced in understanding business operations, developing business process flows, requirements documents, testing systems, and in developing business solutions applying both manual and automated techniques.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


· 5-7 Years experience in design and configuration of Supply Chain Mgmt. (APO, OER, SRM) and related integration to other SAP modules.
· Ability to work with remote team members.

· Experience working with a formalized SDLC such as waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies 

· Strong interpersonal skills to resolve problems in a professional manner, negotiate and create consensus

· Capability to work with an international team across the globe

Responsibilities:
· Lead the analysis, design and documentation of system requirements and processes.
· Translate new process designs and requirements into usable systems-related information, providing analytical support to business clients, and ensuring business solutions (both manual and automated components) support the targeted business needs.
· Ensure business solutions do not have negative impact on interdependent systems.

· Define and design both the internal and external application user interface such as screens and reports.

· Apply, enforce, and promote the steps and processes of systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Develop the appropriate design and testing artifacts to ensure the enhancement or project is delivered on time, with zero defects, and meets the requestor's requirements and satisfaction levels. Review the design of other analysts for quality and consistency across other systems areas.

· Evaluate and make recommendations regarding continuous improvement of internal and external processes/procedures. Be a change agent.

· Oversee and manage the work performed by SAP analysts, solutions architects, developers and/or third party outsource providers in delivering application projects. 

· Produce and maintain clear and usable documentation of requirements, system design and architecture, test plans and problem resolutions.

· Provide training to and mentor Lead Business Application Analysts

· Be self directed and show ability to manage and prioritize own work 

· Ability to manage/work with outsourcing partners - lead and manage teams of developers of our external subcontractors.
