Top 3 requirements: - Knowledge acquisition, structuring and
management expertise - Telecommunication Network knowledge -
Familiarity with Knowledge Management tools (e.g. ServiceNOW,
LogicNETS) - Familiarity with the ITIL framework Required Skills: -
Good communication skills - Good writing/presentation skills -
Independent, self-motivated - Computer Science, Math, Engineering
background, minimum BSc - Minimum 8 years of experience - Interaction
with multiple teams across various time zones and geographic locations
Work Schedule – 8am – 6pm Work Locations for consideration: 1)
Freehold, NJ 2) Spring Valley, NY 3) Irving, Texas Misc. Item -
Verizon to provide laptop
Top 3 requirements:
