| In-depth knowledge and understanding of Web Service standards (SOAP, UDDI, and WSDL), graphical UI development experience, network operating system | Required | 7 |
| Thorough knowledge of the principles of application systems development and its associated lifecycle | Required | 7 |
| Expertise with web architecture and structured design | Required | 7 |
