Experience 3-5 years

Required Technical Set :- Experience with Firemon product
MUST HAVE
Technical:
• FireMon System Administration
• FireWall rule/policy optimization
• FMQL search programming
• JSON coding
• DISO firewall change management – validation and design
Non-Technical:
• Audit – production of reports and assessments
• Good Communication Skills
•Excellent Customer Management skills
Responsibility
• FireMon System Administration – patches, upgrades, user provisioning/DEprovisioning, system monitoring, troubleshooting
• FireMon Policy Planner support – user support, ticket triage, datafeed maintenance, troubleshooting
• Overall firewall on boarding to FireMon – firewall change orders, system implementation, setup of accounts on firewall and FireMon system, set-up of requestors and approvers
Training – online, recorded, and documentation
