Title : SAP ABAP with HRIS

Duration :  6+ Months

Location : Houston, TX ( Need local consultant for face to face interview )

Responsibilities include:

• Involved in all aspects of the system development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding in ABAP, unit testing, implementation, and maintenance of the code.
• Create custom code and workflows for Human Resources SAP modules (HR)
• Develop design documents and technical specifications
• Automate SAP processes in ESS and MSS (new position requisition, open position requests, custom approval needs)
• Develop and maintain interfaces for internal and external systems that use SAP data (Kronos, Success Factors, Benefits providers)
• Provide Senior level support and mentorship to the team.
• Provide on-call support as needed

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as ABAP/Web Dyn pro HCM Developer
• 5+ years of experience with Process and Forms and Work Flow
• 5+ years of experience with Interface Development, using ALE, BAPI's, BADI's and RFC technology
• 2+ years of experience with Web Services preferred (developing real-time interfaces to SAP)
• ESS/MSS experience with HR Renewal
• Project management skills
• Success Factors integration/administration a plus
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
