Job Description:-

JD Responsibilities: o Ability to articulate a complex problem, design, build and implement a solution, and communicate in clear business terms the benefits of the proposed analytical approach o Expert level Visualforce, Apex, and SOQL and SOSL knowledge o Experience in building Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and Restful) and Salesforce Security mode o Serving as the liaison between Business, development Teams, integrated applications and SFDC Teams offshore. o Leading and participating design reviews, as well as implementing essential data security and compliance practices. o Lead requirements sessions using various methods like document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, PoC's . o Excellent knowledge of Salesforce APIs and hands-on experience integration with ERP o Process Analysis, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards o Integrating SFDC using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, etc. o Perform code reviews & ensure adherence to best practices. o Identify any application/code security issues & recommend remedial measures. o Strong expertise in various design patterns is a must. o Help build reusable assets for use in future projects. o Understanding of the Salesforce.com data loader for data migration activities in Salesforce.com §
Mandatory skills § Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing configuring, customizing Salesforce.com instance (minimum 200 users); Must be well versed in Enterprise Edition or above § Formal Salesforce.com training; SFDC certified § Good knowledge in integration with SFDC (Web svc, apex call outs, SFDC APIs) etc § Bachelors degree § Strong analytical, detail driven, and problem solving skills § Strong influencing skills; Strong documentation and training skills § Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to have skills § Excellent organizational and follow through skills are required § Resilience, determination, energy and enthusiasm § Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and gain respect § Strong documentation and training skills § Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
