Job Title: GIS Developer Consultant

Initial Duration – 12 months

The consultant provides an extensive understanding of software development, relational database management, project management and project life cycle practices. The consultant must have a firm grasp of database and system architecture for development and interfacing with other GIS and IT systems and databases.

The consultant is required to have expertise with large municipal government GIS databases, Master Address Repository (MAR) and its associated web services, as well as business processes, Cityworks application environment, IPMA project management, Street Inventory System(SIS) and general GIS assets and data layers.

2.       Mobile GIS development (multiple platforms) (Required – 2 years)

3.       ArcObject Programming (Required – 10 years)

4.       .Net Programming (Required – 6 years)

5.       ArcSDE administration (Required – 8 years)

6.       HTML5 (Required – 3 years)

7.       JavaScript (Required – 9 years)

8.       Experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server or Oracle (Required – 12 years)

9.       Experience working with a large municipal government GIS database (Required – 10 years)

10.   Master Address Repository (MAR) (Required – 10 years)

11.   Experience managing large municipal government business processes (Required – 8 years)

12.   Experience with GIS data layers (Required – 8 years)
