Client has requested Contractor's assistance in performing a 2-3 month requirement gathering, gap assessment, quick-win identification and implementation roadmap effort for the following

SFDC capabilities: 
•    Opportunity & Pipeline Management
•    Activity Management
•    Account Management
•    Relationship Management
•    Contract Management
•    Mobility (Salesforce 1)
•    Real-Time and Historical Reporting & Dashboards

Detailed job description:

 
-  Sr. CRM Business Architect
- The Sr. CRM Business Architect will establish the overview of the customer's current state requirements and drive the definition of future state functional and architectural requirements. Helps define the technical solution, functionalities, use cases, interfaces, etc., to ensure a well-structured design:
- Define requirement prioritization approach based on complexity, criticality and impact and conduct prioritization workshop to assign a priority level to each requirement
- Create functional design representation of updates in CRM
- Align on modified future state processes and workflows, highlighting automation and process improvement recommendations
- Revisit existing CRM roadmap, identifying short term actions and quick wins
- Capture any new business & technical requirements identified by process area in the BRD
-Sr. CRM Business Associate
-The Sr. CRM Business associate is responsible for supporting the CRM Architect in completion of the functional and technical activities on the engagement. They will perform the data gathering and analysis of current documentation, preparation for workshops and consolidation of workshop findings.
-Organize meetings to review functional design, revisions to CRM roadmap and quick wins
-Update BRD with latest scope and scale of implementation
-Analyze workshop observations, documentation, and implications from a CRM perspective
Create functional design representation of updates in CRM
