Business Analyst:

- Responsible for gathering requirements from end-users and working closely with client and/or the software development team
- Document requirements following SDLC and Agile standards, using standard UML diagrams, and use cases 
- Work on ad hoc projects for the program such as Business Process Mapping 
- Provide analytical support for projects 
- Assist the selected provider with identifying potential business and technology solutions 
- Keep complex efforts moving forward quickly while exercising an appropriate level of discipline

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience gathering end user requirements and leading JAD sessions
- Good understanding of methodologies and working with standard processes
- Testing knowledge is helpful
- Experience managing business relationships, communicating to multiple teams, conflict/issue resolution, vendor requirements experience as    well as use case/UML experience
- Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor 
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) 
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one`s time (Required) 
- Demonstrated aptitude for documenting requirements 
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, will not be considered if candidate does not have a degree
