Position Title: Websphere Commerce (WCS) Development / Support
Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 break-fix and enhancement support services for B2C and B2B websites built on Websphere Commerce platform. Assist in analyzing and resolving issues/tickets including configuration, development, testing and support. Ability to create functional specifications, deliver enhancements and work with business in unit/integration/UAT testing. Utilize development and support skills to build new systems enhancements per technical specifications. Work in a fast paced agile software development environment. Provide support as required for production releases and to respond and provide support on production outages.
Required skills
Experience in application development and support using WebSphere Commerce
Experience in Java/J2EE architecture and development including web services, JSON, JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML.
Experience in development and support in WebSphere Commerce subsystems - Trading, Catalog Management, Order Management, Member Management
Strong understanding of the WCS run-time framework
Experience with REST services.
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with JIRA, Jenkins preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of WCS Development / Support
