Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only)
1. Knowledge and Experience in any of the Contact Center technologies like Genesys, Cisco, Avaya etc.
2. Knowledge on Contact Center and Unified Communication architecture models and terminology.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1.Effectively understand and document technical information clearly and concisely in "System Architect" application.
2.Good written/oral communication skills.
Desired years of experience : 6+ years
