- Work closely with HRSC and Payroll users in development and maintenance of benefit system programs.
- Ensure the integrity of benefit and Payroll data; including maintenance of employee records, benefit tables, Payroll process, Tax payments, Tax Updates and vendor file feeds. -
- Apply PeopleSoft bundles and patches as per client customizations.
- Interfaces and collaborates with IT staff to maintain PeopleSoft HR and vendor file feeds and keep them operational.
- Works closely with HRSC Payroll and Benefit users to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs, develop clear and complete business requirements, and translate into functional requirements for HR systems.
- Analyzes and resolves process and system issues, develops workarounds, corrections and enhancements, implements and tests changes, and provides written documentation.
- Involves in PeopleSoft Integration projects. This is integrates between PeopleSoft systems and non-PeopleSoft systems such as Java API.
