· Very good Knowledge in Maven Builds, Jenkins, Junit Test, VMWare Integration, HP FT, CA Wiley, CA Lisa and IBM AppScan.
· Communicates and advocates across multiple technology areas to promote collaboration.
· Provide an overall automation strategy integrating processes, applications and systems for the bank.
· Provide leadership and oversight of the work of the Developers that directly report to them.
· Leads the technical evaluation, measurement, and selection process for improving performance by overseeing gap analysis studies, feasible alternative solutions, and recommending and/or approving the scope of modifications.
· Recommend and provide suggestion on processes specific improvements.
· Must have implemented DevOps practices/tools in areas such as continuous integration, environment automation, release automation, virtualization, and metrics tracking.
· Very good in communication.
