Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Richmond,VA

Must have 501 Certification
Qualifications:
Salesforce Developer/Admin certifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred with Lightning UI experience)
5+ years of development experience with Salesforce.com (including Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JQuery, SOQL/SOSL, Force.com IDE and migration tool)
3+ years of Salesforce Configuration/Admin experience (including tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, validations, custom permissions, and approvals)
2+ years of experience with working in an Agile environment
Ability to self-manage workload and proactive in communicating needs/impediments to progress
Salesforce Developer/Admin certifications

Configure or Develop (if configuration doesnt meet need) code to meet story acceptance criteria
Work as part of our dynamic Salesforce team throughout the software development life cycle
Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards
Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria
Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices as required to meet quality / time to market imperatives
Maintain records to document program development and revisions
Provide 3rd level support of software solution as needed
Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams, and mentor more junior engineers
Proactively communicate innovative Salesforce.com capabilities to internal customers as a mean to continually provide vibrant solution
