Salesforce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Manager with a strong background in Salesforce.com to work in our Overland Park, KS office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Manage day to day operations of company's Salesforce

·         Identify team goals and responsibilities.

·         Responsible for prioritization of tasks and projects.

·         Oversee fellow administrator(s) and lead team through project lifecycle.

·         Define and enforce compliance with company standards.

·         Oversee system design and development strategy.

·         Rely on creativity and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to perform the functions of the job.

·         Coordinates activities and projects with internal customers and external vendors.

·         Oversee development and maintenance of Salesforce.

·         Ensure successful completion of projects within designated parameters.

·         Work on continuous improvement of processes and systems.

·         Direct day to day activities of junior staff.

·         Ensures completion of issues escalated from the help desk.

·         Provide input during annual budget process and manages to budgets.

·         Direct support activities as needed.

·         Create and oversee training material as required.

·         Complete performance appraisals.

Position Qualifications:

·         5 plus years plus experience with Salesforce.

·         Admin and Developer Salesforce certification

·         1-5 years management experience.

·         Bachelor's degree (Master's degree a plus).

·         Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
