Job description:
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, implementing and maintaining solutions related to the Global Manufacturing Planning processes.
The BSA will be accountable for implementing solutions that improve business process efficiencies and accuracy for Global Manufacturing Planning. The BSA will lead efforts to re-engineer business processes to optimize manufacturing planning processes and systems in the following key areas:
Manufacturing Planning (MRP) and capacity planning
Product Costing and Manufacturing Accounting
Purchasing
Receiving
Manufacturing Execution
Labeling
Inventory Management
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a Sr Business Systems Analyst role
Prior experience working in complex global business environment
Experience managing medium to large IT projects
Experience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes is a must
Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation is a must
Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors
Extensive understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP (JDE, SAP), PLM (Team Center, Agile), MES (CAMSTAR, APRISO, etc.), CRM (Salesforce.com) APS (JDA, Manugistics, i2, SAP), QMS (Pilgrim, Track Wise, Master Control), LIMS (Lab ware), Calibration and Maintenance (Blue Mountain or Maximo)
Proven functional knowledge of Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Material Planning MRP, Capacity Planning CRP, Product Costing, Mfg Accounting, Procurement Receiving and Inventory, Quality Module in JDEdwards.
Organizational and project management skills
Possess and display sound judgment; initiative; flexibility and detail-orientation
Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation
Strong documentation skills
