1.Lead - IVR Development

12+ Months

FAIRLAWN, New Jersey

 

Mandatory:

  • 8+ year's software development experience.
  • 3+ year's in lead role
  • Highly motivated with excellent problem solving and Object Oriented design skills. 
  • 5+ years experience using core Java and other Java technologies such as JavaScript, JSP, Servlets and Client-Server.
  • MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE WITTH JAVA DEVELOPMENT.
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycle methodologies
  • Strong communications skills (Oral and Written)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience with web technologies:

  • XML and XSLT.

Experience with voice technologies:

  • VoiceXML, ASR, TTS and GRXML grammar development

Experience with IVR and voice applications development:

  • Genesys GVP Studio or other speech platforms
  • Must have good understanding of relational database systems
  • Strong relational database skills: Oracle
  • Experience working in Windows and UNIX environments.


2.Developer - IVR Development

12+ Months

FAIRLAWN, New Jersey
