TFS 2010 Designer/Sr. Developer

Relevant Experience (Yrs)

TFS 2010 experience, who can come, and assess Comcast TFS infrastructure running on TFS 2008 platform for cSolutions, Desktop, and Corp system Microsoft based Apps, and migrate the entire repository to TFS 2010 which will run on another set of hardware.

Technical/Functional Skills

-          Someone who has worked with TFS as full-time for last 3-5 years. In other words, not looking for a developer, who has also set-up TFS project on the side

-          Typically this resource has come from MS development background, but now supports MS "dev ops" activities, like code compilation, versioning, build, deployment

-          Have migrated a complex set of projects from TFS2008 or earlier version to TFS2010

Total Experience Required

5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities

·         To assess the project, and come up with migration plan and then work with  App Team to help migrate  some projects (in the neighborhood of 30)  from TFS 2008 to 2010

·         Come with the best Practices that is offered as part of 2010, and help Dev Teams to adopt that as part of efficiencies

Should have excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Must be a team player

BS/B.E. in Computer Science/ Engineering
