I need a PeopleSoft developer for Overland Park, Kansas.  They can live in Atlanta, GA if they want to travel back and forth. 

 

One of our clients located in Atlanta, GA I is looking for Peoplecode developers. There may be some travel to Overland Park, Kansas City. You would be back in Atlanta, GA.

 

 

The Sr. Programmer/Analyst will have the primary responsibility of designing, implementing, and supporting hardware and applications within the Systems area. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Systems management and technical team in both support and project initiatives.

 

•Participate in all levels of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

•Participate in meetings with users to determine requirements and scope

•Assist in the creation of functional design deliverables

•Complete and review detailed and technical design deliverables

•Identify and correct application software problems

•Monitor and resolve system performance issues

•Communicate and interact effectively with non-technical users

•Assist end users in resolving and identifying system issues by providing application knowledge and technical expertise

•Assist users through creation and execution of test plan

•Participate in generation of user documentation

•PeopleSoft HR

 

 

PeopleSoft HCM integration technology skills:

 

•Experience working with Time & Labor; Compliance; Compensation; Benefits

•PeopleTools

•Integration Broker

•application messaging

•SQL

•PeopleSoft Internet Architecture knowledge

•Oracle RDBMS

•UNIX O/S

•Windows 2003 or higher

•3-7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer using SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, PeopleTools, UNIX and Windows, OS scripting, Workflows and Component Interfaces

•4 year degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience

•5-7 years of systems analysis and programming experience

•Training or experience with configuring PeopleSoft workflow functionality a plus

•Training or experience diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with PC hardware

•Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management, end users, technical personnel and vendors

•Working knowledge of PCs including software and hardware
