Qualifications & Experience Requirement;
* Senior level experience.
* Experience in USA (6+ absolute minimum).
* Transaction Processing background
* Financial Services background a plus
* 6+ years of US experience in communicating with stake holders to
gather, review, and collaborate on system requirements.
* 5+ years experience with analysis and design experience
* 6+ years experience in Java programming.
* Object oriented development experience.
* Server-side Java development experience.
* Java based web development experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Java programming methodologies and
frameworks.
* Software development processes and best practices.
* Experience with relational databases, primarily SQL Server and
MySQL.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* Ability to work under pressure; must thrive in fast-paced
environment.
* Knowledge of XML, JRules, Ant, SOAP, Web Services, JUnit, JBOSS,
Tomcat, Load Runner,
