Must have: 12-14 yrs in IT, 8-10 yrs in Project Quality Mgmt, 4-5 yrs in Pharma Quality. Exposure to SAP

1.    Knowledge of following regulations:

·         SOX

2.    Knowledge of following best practices:

·         System Development Life Cycle

·         GAMP

as a plus:

·         CoBIT

·         RiskIT

·         ITIL

·         ISO 9000

·         PMBok 

·         Six Sigma

3.    Knowledge on following Business area:

·         Logistic & Manufacturing

·         Financial & Procurement

·         Business Intelligence

·         Quality Assurance

·         Clinical Trials

4.    Knowledge on following Technical area is a plus:

·         SAP modules

·         Business Intelligence software & middleware

·         Web applications development tools

5.    Experience:

·         15 years in the IT area in a technical or management role

·         10 years in the Computer Software Validation area in any role

·         5 years as Project Quality Manager role

·         Any type of experience in Novartis is a plus

·         Any type of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device organization is a plus

6.    Skill set:

·         Able to manage direct relation with stakeholders and project team members

·         Proactive approach

·         Results driven oriented

·         Good communicator in oral and written format

·         English proficient, any additional language is a plus

7.    Qualification as a plus:

·         PMP certified

·         CISA certified

·         CRISC certified

·         ISO 9000 QMS Auditor certified
