·         Should be proficient in Core JAVA, J2EE, Servlets, JDBC and Struts.

·         Should have working exposure to on DB2 database.

·         Should have working exposure to SOAP and REST based web services development.

·         Should have worked Jboss Application Server

·         Should have worked on XML (SAX, DOM, JAXB) and JSON data exchange protocols

·         Should have worked on Spring-IOC, AOP

·         Should have exposure to Scheduling frameworks like Quartz, Spring-Batch.

 
Nice to have

·         Nice to have Struts and any MVC frameworks.

·         Nice to have Hibernate, iBatis, JPA and TopLink.

·         Nice to have Spring JDBC Templates
