Job Title: System Engineer

Location: Cupertino,CA

Duration: 6+Months

Rate: DOE

 

Job Description:

SWU/L8 support

Experience designing and developing large scale service based systems in C
Strong Unix/Linux system programming expertise needed
Including but not limited to : IPC with socket programming, Networking (including non-blocking IO), Multi-threading
Knowledge of POSIX needed
Strong in data structures and algorithms
Experience with high throughput and scaleable applications in C using web-servers like Apache etc.
Shell scripting, Unix/Linux commands including memory and process monitoring
Knowledge of profiling and debugging using tools like GDB, IBM Purify etc.

Knowledge of Perl/Python scripting would be a plus.
