Citrix 4.5, 6.0 experience
Strong understanding on AD integration and Authentication options (including support of multiple forest)
Support daily operations of Alcon's Citrix infrastructure
Includes provisioning of Citrix Applications (Servers, Publishing Applications, Web Interface, CAG)
Understand and perform Monthly Capacity planning review
Ability to perform project work and server builds in a fast-paced environment
Windows Server OS supports (Windows 2003, Windows 2008) and Problem resolution
General Citrix troubleshooting
5- 7 years' experience in Information Technology, 3 years' experience in an Global Enterprise Environment
Extensive knowledge, managing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server 2003-2008
