- 10+ years of experience in Testing web applications

- Experienced in defining Test strategy & Test Processes in line with Agile model

- Able to create test plans & functional test cases along with traceability matrix

- Defect management & expertise in preparing various test dashboards

- Experience in Test automation using tools like QTP

- Insurance P&C Domain knowledge will be added advantage

- Coordinate on /off test teams & development team
