Job Title:

Senior Application Developer with an emphasis on CRM strategy- this is a hands-on IT position and someone that is extremely technically strong.

The candidate will lead customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide functional/Technical (application, domain, industry) differentiation to the relationship. Will steer discussions towards constructive and least cost solutions on CRM solutions (Salesforce.com / Microsoft Dynamics) and provide thought leadership with his/her knowledge of Microsoft/Salesforce.com CRM application. The Candidate must have excellent documentation skills, very good interpersonal skills and have managed configuration of MSCRM and salesforce.commodules, be able to liaison with customer teams to glean relevant information through discussions and dialogue

Education
. Bachelor's degree in programming/systems or computer science (preferred) 
. Master degree in Business management - MBA (preferred)

Experience:
. Five + years in CRM solutions consulting role and experience with design , development and implementaion of CRM solutions 
. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.com 
. Five + years Experience with Apex, VisualForce, Java , .NET , Visual studio, JSP/ASP to create unique customer-based solutions 
. Solid knowledge of XML, preferably experience using server-to-server web services (SOAP) 
. Solid understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc. 
. Understanding of cloud computing concepts 
. Experience with implementation of CRM solutions on mobile devices

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
. Leading or participating in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the project 
. Assisting with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the client's organizational process 
. Advising customers on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes 
. Assisting in creating a detailed project plan (Statement of Work) for the customer, especially in the design and estimating of technical aspects. 
. Writing technical specifications for planned work 
. Creating data migration and integration mappings
. Participates in project planning sessions with clients, business analysts, and team members to analyze development requirements and make recommendations for moderate to complex systems 
. Tests and implements application modules from multiple systems the team has developed or modified, ensuring application meets the needs of client and business 
. Provides design recommendations, developing and integrating programs per written specifications; responsible for writing moderate to complex design specifications
. Makes moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and division standards
. Translates business and technical requirements into detailed design specifications for application code and modules.
. Prepares and presents status updates on various projects
. Performs other duties as required
