Cisco VOIP Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Length: 6 months

Rate: Open all inc.

Interview: Phone

 

This position is for a Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.

Very strong IP Networking skills

Experience supporting VOIP network in a Cisco centric network
Desire experience with ICM or CVP
Experience supporting Cisco Contact Center Infrastructures
Desire knowledge of call routing in a Contact Center Environment 

Minimum qualifications of 3 years experience is required:

·         Network Administrator

·         Cisco

·         LAN/WAN environment

·         Experience supporting VOIP network in a Cisco centric network

·         Experience with CUCM

·         IP Networking skills
