Location : Dallas, TX
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
Remedy application & Database support includes
Ø Remedy 7.0
Ø Microsoft's SQLSERVER 2005 Enterprise Edition
Ø Services running on Windows2003.
Remedy monitoring provides proactive monitoring of the application & databases.
Remedy Application & Database Administration Service includes:
Ø Remedy Installation & Patch Installation
Ø Database Creation and Maintenance
Ø Assist with Database Upgrades and Migrations
Ø Assist with Remedy Performance Tuning and Proactive Monitoring.
Ø Assist Remedy Day to day Administration Tasks such as review Error Logs (filters, active links, escalations, users, API, SQL, and Licensing) Disk space, and routine cleanups and so on.
Ø Assist with Remedy Day to Day support.
Ø Maintenance to any existing work flow
Microsoft SQLSERVER administration includes:
Ø Proactive Monitoring
Ø Install Service Packs
Ø Assist with Performance Monitoring and Tuning
Ø Consultant goals:
Ø Acknowledge client contacts in a regular and timely basis.
Ø Provide case resolution plan immediately if possible, otherwise respond in two business day regarding our progress and plan for case resolution.
Ø Update client with regular and timely case status updates regarding progress and plan for case resolution.
Ø Notify client within one business day regarding the status change of any defect or enhancement request.
