Job Description:

·         Very good knowledge of Unix/ SQL (DB2 database) Some knowledge of Java Other skills (optional): Autosys, Hibernate, Messaging etc

·         Prior support experience is a plus.

·         Candidate would be involved in production support of batches, client support.

·         Production support of batches: Activity involves monitoring batches, resolving failures, recommending improvement in batches, striving to reduce failure rate.

·         Client Support: Handling queries of the user by going through source code, providing reports based on user requirement.
