Interview process: in person- must be local or able to interview in person
Web ASP.Net 4.0 using Visual Studio 2010 with C#. MFC a plus.
SQL Server 2005/2008 experience – Not admin but needs to understand and maintain tables, keys, indexes, stored procedures, etc.
AJAX Toolkit
Understanding of object oriented methodologies
Experience with Team Foundation Server for source control, task assignment, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Good task estimation skills
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and implement these concepts following company coding standards
