Location : Phoenix, AZ
Duration : 6 months
Skillset: Network - TA
Deployment Role: Network Proactive Incident Support
Experience/Skills:
1. Strong Cisco background. Cisco certifications are recommended.
2. Experience on Cisco router/switch configurations and troubleshooting
3. Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and correct network problems
4. Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
5. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN environment and experience working with LAN/WAN technologies
6. Knowledge of various network protocols including: TCP, UDP, ESP, IP
7. Knowledge of various network routing protocols: IGRP, RIP, OSPF, BGP
8. Knowledge of WAN communications mediums including: SONET, MPLS, HDLC
9. Knowledge of VOIP technologies
10. Experience working with LEC's testing circuits
