A Pega Application Development Lead is responsible for leading the design and development of Pega software components. The Pega Application Development Lead provides day to day execution management for the technical team consisting of Pega Senior System Architect/Designer and Pega System Architect/Developer. A typical Pega Application Development Lead will possess experience in leading and delivering projects on a distributed platform not limited to Pega and have technical experience and the domain knowledge required to perform their role.
- PEGA systems implementation/development experience for 3-4yrs.
- Leadership of a development team 1-2 yrs.
- Payer experience a plus
