Data Centric testing(L3)-Should ve able to write SQL statements involving complex joins and groupingShould be able to understand the data model Should be able to create test planbased on Mapping document Ability to test at least one ETL (like Informatica orData Stage) or BI tool (like BO or Crystal Reports) Ability to use a testingmanagement tool 

-->Application Testing(L2)-Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, applyand maintain quality standards for company products.  Develops and executessoftware test plans.  Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modificationof software.  Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality andrecommends corrective action.  Consults with development engineers inresolution of problems. Works on problems of relatively complex scope, throughgeneral usage of standard programming concepts and principles and applicationof own judgment. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broadsupervision/ guidance. Expected to further build upon domain knowledge andtechnical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. May guide newmembers in the team to help them scale up faster. 

-->DataStage(L3)-ETL Pre-requiste  Should have expertise in understanding the ETL concepts.Should have moderate knowledge of at least one database tool  Should be up-to-date on the upgrade options, enhancements, add-ons and features in the ETL toolwith a view to improving the productivity.  Should have understanding of therange of options and best practices for common ETL design techniques such aschange data capture, key generation and optimization Tool-specific:   Shouldhave worked more than 3+ years on IBM WebSphere DataStage.  Should haveknowledge in designing the mapping and end-to-end data flow in a mapping.Experience Range :  5+
