1. 5+ yrs of Database design. Confident to tackle a data base problem. All relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server).
2. 5+ yrs of fine tuning experience. Fine tune- if the database overtime got into a state where they are not efficiency they should be able to refractor the data base.
3. 5+ yrs developing complex queries. Queries can be the bottle neck to an application and then use more resources than it should. Need experience doing the queries to streamline the applications.
Manager wants employees to have exposure to data base design who can come in and take the lead. This employee will have a lot of opportunities for growth. Client needs someone who wants to work on a team and collaborate with people who do not have a deep understanding of a technology and teach them.
