6 to 7 years of overall experience in software development
2 to 3 years in Sitecore.
should be able to design Sitecore applications at an advanced level.
Exposure to Sitecore 6.5 is preferred.
Sitecore is based on .net platform so it is important that this person has handsome experience on .net including exposure to MVC framework
